  • Verification data - the real-time selfie captured during face verification, refreshed every 365 days. Selfies are stored encrypted and never shown to other members.
  • Payment data - for premium features only. Card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor and never stored on our servers.
  • Communication data - messages, voice notes, and video previews exchanged on the platform, encrypted end-to-end.
  • Device & usage data - IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and interaction patterns used to detect bots and fraudulent accounts.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed for the following specific purposes:

  1. Match generation. Our Smart Match algorithm uses your preferences, location, and activity to rank compatible profiles.
  2. Identity verification. Selfie verification confirms you are a real person and protects the community from impersonation.
  3. Safety and fraud prevention. Device fingerprinting and behavioral analysis flag suspicious activity before it reaches other members.
  4. Service delivery. Hosting messages, voice notes, and your dashboard activity history.
  5. Discreet billing. Processing premium subscriptions with a neutral statement descriptor.
  6. Service communication. Sending verification codes, match alerts, and security notifications. Marketing email is opt-in and can be turned off any time.
  7. Legal compliance. Responding to lawful requests, enforcing our Terms & Conditions, and meeting tax and consumer-protection obligations.
