Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of OnlineSugarDating - a luxury dating service operated for adult members aged eighteen (18) or older in the United States. By creating an account, you agree to every section below.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing your dashboard, or otherwise using any feature of OnlineSugarDating (the "Platform"), you ("Member", "you") enter into a binding legal agreement with OnlineSugarDating, Inc. ("we", "us", "Company"). If you do not agree to any provision below, you must not register or use the Platform.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and an in-dashboard notice at least fifteen (15) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Eligibility and 18+ Requirement
Strictly 18 and older
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to register. We verify age through a combination of self-declaration, real-time selfie verification, and, where required, government-issued identification. Any account suspected of belonging to a minor is permanently terminated and reported to the appropriate authorities.
To maintain an account in good standing, you must (a) be legally able to enter into a binding contract under United States law; (b) provide accurate, current, and complete information; (c) maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and (d) not be currently barred from using the Platform under any prior termination decision.
One human, one account. You may not create multiple accounts, share credentials, or allow another person to use your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
3. Member Conduct and Community Standards
The Platform exists for adults seeking discreet, mutually beneficial companionship. As a Member you agree to:
- Treat every other Member with respect, honesty, and appropriate discretion.
- Represent yourself truthfully - your name, age, location, photos, occupation, and income range must be accurate.
- Set and honor clear expectations in your conversations before any in-person meeting.
- Use the Safety Check-In feature for first meetings whenever practical.
- Report suspicious behavior, scams, or policy violations through the in-dashboard reporting tool.
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws when engaging with other Members.
4. Prohibited Content and Activities
Zero tolerance
The following are immediate grounds for permanent termination, refund forfeiture, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
- Any offer or solicitation of money, property, or anything of value in exchange for sexual conduct of any kind.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, stalking, blackmail, or extortion of another Member.
- Impersonation of another person, use of stolen identity documents, or operation of a fake profile.
- Uploading nude images of any person under 18, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexually explicit content involving anyone whose consent cannot be verified.
- Scams, romance fraud, advance-fee schemes, cryptocurrency solicitations, or directing Members to off-platform payment systems for fraudulent purposes.
- Spam, bulk messaging, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise Platform security.
- Promoting commercial services, escort agencies, OnlyFans-style content, or unrelated products inside profiles or messages.
- Discriminatory, hateful, or violent content targeting protected classes.
5. Content Ownership and License
Two distinct categories of content exist on the Platform:
Your content
You retain all ownership of the photos, videos, biography text, voice notes, and messages you upload ("Member Content"). By posting Member Content you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the limited purpose of operating the Platform and providing the services you requested. This license ends when you delete the content or terminate your account, except for backups retained for legal or security reasons.
Our content
The Platform itself - including the OnlineSugarDating name, logo, the Smart Match algorithm, source code, user-interface designs, written guides, and aggregated statistics - is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially redistribute any of it without prior written permission.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We will delete your profile from public visibility immediately and permanently remove the underlying personal data within thirty (30) days, subject to limited retention required for legal compliance and fraud prevention as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for another Member, or engaged in conduct harmful to the integrity of the Platform. For paid features, prepaid amounts attributable to the terminated period are non-refundable when termination results from a policy violation.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC NUMBER OF MATCHES, MESSAGES, OR DATES, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE THE CONDUCT OF ANY MEMBER OFF-PLATFORM.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims brought by other Members or third parties resulting from your conduct, your Member Content, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and US Jurisdiction
Delaware law · Binding arbitration
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are expressly waived.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, or to enforce arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
